Carry out the orders of the Platoon Commander.

-Serve as Company liaison with Weapons Department, conducting tasks such as: ammo submission in TAMIS, range request in RFMSS, and local detailed range coordination.

-Serve as Company facility manager, submitting and tracking all service requests through Public Works Department and the completion by the Base Operating Support (BOS) contract.

-Ensures the Calender Year and Fiscal Year training Requirements.-Secured and Facilitated 6 live fire ranges for the Company in order for the platoons to conduct live fire training.

-Provided training critiques to platoons allowing them to improve in the conduct of live fire training events.

-Submitted and tracked multiple service request to conduct repairs on 29 buildings and the perimeter fence line and roads.

-Perform the duties of the Unit Transition Coordinator in accordance with MCO 1700.31.

-Advise all Marines approaching the end of active duty service on the transition readiness seminar process.

-Advise all new join Marines to attend the personal readiness seminar.

The Fire Team Leader carries out the orders of the Squad Leader. The Fire Team Leader is responsible for the fire discipline and control of the fire team and for the condition, care, and economical use of its weapons and equipment. Billet T/O weapon is the M27 Infantry Automatic Rifle.
