Responsible for making sure the Polycarbonate sheets being used for production were in no waydamaged.
Make sure the machine had the right amount of oils to run production for the day.
Checking to see if the program being used in the system for the product matched the vacuum shockon the table to cut the right pieces.
After the product was finished running through cutting process, pieces were then cleaned up usinga rotary sander and a utility blade for Edges.
Once products were cut, cleaned and Checked for any defects they would go on a push cart by ordernumber, and sent to assembly for final production.
Was also responsible in cleaning pieces in the coating area before being sent to the oven processor the final cutting process.
Also worked in the Oven Area forming the pieces that would be sent to either the final cutting processor to the coating Area to be cleaned and sent to final cutting process.
For each department Worked i was responsible for signing into work orders and signing out oncecompleted.
At the end of my or any time during I was responsible for having a clean work area around the machineand myself as I was cleaning pieces.
