As a Data Center Technician at TikTok, I manage and triage IT issues using a ticketing system to ensure high system reliability. I perform daily network monitoring and maintenance to ensure reliable server access for remote users. As a Data Center Operations (DCO) Technician at AWS, I triage and resolve data center IT issues using a ticketing system to maintain a high level of system reliability. I served as a technical troubleshooter and escalation point for system and network hardware issues, and Linux server problems. My role involves in-depth diagnostics and remediation across multiple platforms, including hardware, systems, and networking. I address physical layer outages, perform recovery of system and network components, and resolve issues affecting servers. Additionally, I actively participated in data center projects including decommissioning and installing new servers, switches and other equipment.

As a Decommission Technician, I was responsible for efficiently decommissioning and processing legacy hardware from data center facilities. I managed tasks and priorities through a ticketing system and followed defined workflows. My responsibilities included physical and logical removal and destruction of hard drives (HDDs/SSDs), creating and managing tickets daily, and handling equipment labeling and barcode tracking. I applied foundational knowledge of networking configurations and PC hardware components, and regularly handled the movement of large enterprise equipment, including repositioning server racks.

As an FCS Security Officer, I secured premises by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance systems, and managing access control. I created and resolved SIM tickets for alarms and devices, operated daily tasks using Windows PCs, and responded to security incidents. Responsibilities included reporting irregularities, enforcing policies, documenting incidents, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards to maintain a safe and secure environment.

In Advanced Marketing Co-Op, I became a professional emerging leader and entrepreneur working for business non-profit organizations and the school store. I wrote content for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral. Assisted in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels such as Instagram. Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions. Assist in the management of the school's social media. Take part in non-profit organization opportunities. Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives. Helped plan/organize any marketing events for the school. I also managed the school store by ordering and promoting merchandise along with restocking, cleaning, organizing, handling cash register etc.
