• Overseeing 10 plus sales for Meraki Solution payment. I have learned two key skills through this. One problem-solving skill for clients; this is the number one skill needed in the industry. Two negotiation skills since I am being asked to have a business changing the way they handle processing completely.

Managing over 200 successful moves for Cav Movers, I learn a lot. First was project management; each day was a new project I was overseeing, with the responsibility of the customer's items being liable to me. Secondly, resource management is important, since I am tasked with supplying the job site with the necessary equipment. Next is risk management; for example, many times I was asked to make decisions that would make or break the job, and I had to make a calculated decision. Finally, I maintained a demanding schedule of 12-hour shifts, six days per week, assisting in residential moving operations, demonstrating strong physical endurance, time management, and commitment to completing high-stress, deadline-driven tasks.
