I am a sophomore mechanical engineer student athlete who is seeking hands-on experience in the field to apply my academic knowledge to the application. I intend to use my work ethic to solve any task that is sent my way.
Managing over 200 successful moves for Cav Movers, I learn a lot. First was project management; each day was a new project I was overseeing, with the responsibility of the customer's items being liable to me. Secondly, resource management is important, since I am tasked with supplying the job site with the necessary equipment. Next is risk management; for example, many times I was asked to make decisions that would make or break the job, and I had to make a calculated decision. Finally, I maintained a demanding schedule of 12-hour shifts, six days per week, assisting in residential moving operations, demonstrating strong physical endurance, time management, and commitment to completing high-stress, deadline-driven tasks.
