Ensured consistent customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
I’ve developed strong communication and teamwork skills through school projects and volunteering, which I believe align well with Chick-fil-A’s emphasis on excellent service and a positive team environment. I’ve been recognized for my reliability and positive attitude—traits that are key in fast-paced customer-facing roles. For example, I helped organize a community fundraiser that involved coordinating with multiple people and staying calm under pressure, which taught me a lot about leadership and staying service-minded. I’m excited to bring that same energy and commitment to Chick-fil-A.
Would you like help writing this for a resume or application form?
As a 16-year-old high school student, I know I might not be expected to have a long list of certifications yet—but I’ve learned that there are several I can earn to help strengthen my resume, especially for jobs like Chick-fil-A. For example, I can get a Food Handler’s Permit if it’s required in my state, which shows I understand basic food safety and sanitation. I can also earn a CPR or First Aid Certification through the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association. Some online platforms, like Coursera or LinkedIn Learning, offer Customer Service or Hospitality Certificates, which are great for building communication skills. My school may also offer Workplace Readiness or Employability Skills Certificates as part of a career readiness program. Additionally, I could explore the Google Digital Garage: Fundamentals of Digital Marketing course if I want to show initiative and tech skills. Even if I don’t have all of these yet, I’m eager to learn, take on responsibility, and grow wherever i work.
