• As an operations technician as well as cab line team lead, I am a subject matter expert on the entirety of the pilot plant cab line.
• Coordinate the movement of cabs from plant 1 to the pilot plant and aid in the design and engineering of critical and non-critical components within the cab.
• Help and instruct fellow team members on the construction, repairing,

deconstruction and quality control of legacy, current production and next generation trucks

• Posses the know how to operate numerous positions in order to aid the production of Volvo trucks
• Ability to teach and instruct fellow employees on safe and effective ways to efficiently complete the task at hand
• When needed, help to develop more fluent and methodical ways to conduct certain job breakdowns to better aid the construction of Volvo trucks

• Have shown a superior knowledge and know-how in my job field from the completion of both the basic, and advanced schooling offered to this occupation
• Compiled numerous schedules and rosters to meet timelines, deadlines, and production rates
• Have been responsible for the training and monitoring of twelve to twenty fellow employees placed under my charge as a squad leader
• Advised superiors regularly on ways to help complete tasks more efficiently
