Testing & Quality Assurance: Running experiments, such as rates and combustion analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring equipment meets safety standards.

Troubleshooting: Diagnosing equipment failures and helping engineers modify designs to eliminate production problems.

Data Collection: Calibrating instruments, recording data from tests, and drafting technical reports. Using Microsoft Excel to place calibrations from analyzer. Proof of verification.

Material Inspection: On civil and structural projects, ensuring materials like water heaters and energy meet engineering specifications.

• Functional & Safety Testing: Products are put through real-world stress tests to verify mechanical, electrical, or software features operate safely and exactly as intended.Visual & Cosmetic Inspection: Checks for scratches, loose stitching, color consistency, or labeling errors that could impact brand reputation.Packaging Review: Verifies that barcodes, manuals, pack-out materials, and shipping cartons meet strict logistical requirements.

• Led team operations to ensure efficient production schedules.
• Coordinated training sessions for new team members on safety protocols.
• Streamlined workflow processes to enhance overall productivity in manufacturing.
• Also, a member of pre-post paint,bonding, final inspection; all of these had some part to do with quality representation as well. I enjoyed every part of my job at Paramont and have had tremendous growth from the company itself.
