
I took several years of culinary arts and JROTC in high school. I also have had a good amount of work experience in food service ensuring cleanliness through sanitation and making sure that meals are prepared, cooked, and served to servsafe standards. I also took part in many health inspections and DOC audits passing all with flying colors. I truly enjoy cooking and have a passion for working in the food service industry. I enjoy having a clean kitchen and always give projects for my workers to ensure a clean workplace. I have experience in doing weekly inventory of food and daily inventory of chemicals as well as daily tool control logs as in the jail does not have an officer in the kitchen so food service staff are responsible for tool management. I also am diligent in key control and knowing not to leave them lying around anywhere same with our work phones
