I took several years of culinary arts and JROTC in high school. I also have had a good amount of work experience in food service ensuring cleanliness through sanitation and making sure that meals are prepared, cooked, and served to servsafe standards. I also took part in many health inspections and DOC audits passing all with flying colors. I truly enjoy cooking and have a passion for working in the food service industry. I enjoy having a clean kitchen and always give projects for my workers to ensure a clean workplace.
