I am technically still employed w/this company. However, have only been worked one day since getting hired. When first hired I had some mental health issues I was resolving/ getting some medication adjustments. They say I'm still employed(@ the Chantilly, VA. location) & that they just don't have any local job sites they can use me on @ this time.

• Installed drywall panels(ranging from 1/8'-1'), insulation, framing(metal/steel & sometimes wood support/"backing"), track, chard wall panels (ranging from 1'-3.5') efficiently. Ensuring precision in; measurements, angels, cuts, alignments, properly installation/anchoring, all while being aware of my surroundings & the safety o/myself & others.
• Operated tools & machinery including;hand tools, power tools, battery operated tools, power actuated tools, scissor lifts, pallet jacks(manual & hydraulic), pulleys, lifts & more.
• Assisted in maintaining a safe/clean work environment by; keeping a clean, organized & clear work are, while adhering to safety protocols, wearing PPE, always being aware o/my surrounding & following OSHA laws/regulations.
• Collaborated with team members to complete projects within established timelines & quality standards.
• Completed a 2-year 'dry-wall technician apprenticeship, w/in the company. I was apple to complete it in a single year.
• Obtained/completed requirements for the following certifications; NCCER, OSHA 10, OSHA 20, 'Shotgun' (Power-Actuated' Tools, CPR/1ST Aid, Scissor Lift/Man Basket(Aerial Lifts) & became a certified "Dry-Wall Technician."
• The last few months w/the company, I was startling to get classes/training on blue prints/ lay-outs & the more drawing/architectural side of construction. Am very good w/mathematics, equations, fractions & understanding/reading complicated lay-outs/blueprints.
• On a day-day basis I did everything from; installing dry-wall, basic laborer work, cleaning, picking up trash, handling material delivery's & paper work, moving materials, installing insulation/ insulation paper, grid work, framing, wood backing, operating tools/machinery & a few other, "odd'n'in" jobs.
• I was terminated by this employer due to being a single parent & my son's mother was overseas for the majority of the summer for college. She had an opportunity to go to multiple different countries over the span of 2.5 months, for extra credits & special courses/classes. I had notified the company almost half a year in advanced that, I would be missing a lot o/work to take care of my son while she was gone. After a few months of missing 2-3 days a week, they had to terminate my employment for excessive tardiness.

• Conducted routine equipment inspections to ensure functionality and safety standards.
• Performed maintenance tasks on fitness machines to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
• Assisted in troubleshooting technical issues to maintain operational efficiency during overnight shifts.
• Monitored facility security and access protocols to ensure safety for members and staff.
• On occasion, dealt w/immature children pulling fire alarms as prank/going out locked doors & setting off alarms. Always Handled the situation professionally & correctly.
• Dealt w/closing the drawer/open a new shift every night & morning.
• Handled the cash drops every night I worked/cash drop paper work & never had an issue w/my count.
• Maintained cleanliness in all facilities.
• Stopped working at this job because, was working 2-3 jobs at a time for over a year & was just burnt out. This was my lowest source of income & decided my hours/pay checks weren't worth it any more.

• Restocked shelves efficiently to maintain optimal inventory levels and product availability.
• Organized and labeled products to enhance merchandising presentation and shopper experience.
• Operated pallet jacks and forklifts safely to transport stock throughout the store.
• Collaborated with team members to execute overnight inventory audits for accuracy.
• Have the ability to work at a productive/efficient pace, while working around moving customers/shoppers, other team members & supplies while maintaining a professional appearance & demonstrating customer service skills.
• This was a short-term, part time job. I had an issue w/other employees stealing from my lunches/bag from the second night o/work. After multiple incidents, I asked the location manager to show me the videos in the break room(to see who it was doing it). When he refused, I notified them on the spot that I couldn't continue to work some where that allowed employees to steal from other employees w/out any repercussions.

• Operated moving equipment to ensure safe & time efficient transport of items.
• Practiced safe lifting procedures by myself & w/others to ensure a minimal risk o/injury while caring heavier &/or awkward pieces of customers possessions.
• Coordinated loading and unloading tasks to optimize workflow efficiency. Loading/unloading included; pod units, storage units, property-property, hotel, big businesses, on/off trucks & loading wooden storage crate at the warehouse.
• Developed strategies for efficient packing to ensure safe/secure transportation of material/items/furniture and space utilization in trucks/storages & etc.
• For the company I did almost all tasks except; driving & paper work. A lot of customer service & physical labor skills required in this industry.
• This company was my employer during my most recent incarcerations(09/23/2022-12/23/2022). Originally they had said I was still employed & to let them know when I was released/able to come back to work. After being incarcerated for 3 months, I called after my release & the location boss/manager informed me he had to let me go to fill my spot.

• Handled wrapping/covering/protecting of the customer's furniture/belongings to safely be transported, loaded, stacked & unloaded w/out damage.
• Packed & handled fragile items(i.e.;glass, plaster, clay, marble, dishes & etc.) w/care for protection from being destroyed.
• Loaded trucks, storage units, pod units & etc. efficiently while maximizing available space, w/out jeopardizing the safety/security of customers items.
• For this company my primary role was as a, "young work-horse." I was in very good shape, very athletic & spent the majority of my time w/this company running items to from-location to the truck & then unloading to new location.
• I was hired as a part time worker. My hours varied week-week because o/my personal situations at the time. I ended up quitting because relocated to DC from FL.

• Operated logging equipment to efficiently harvest, "buck" logs, mark logs, cut logs to appropriate size(depending on type o/wood, job site requirements & diameter o/timber. Also, to ensure safe transportation of the logs from where they were fell to the "landing" & when we had to take down/ reset-up from new rows/locations.
• Coordinated crew activities to enhance productivity, safety, efficiency & workflow.
• Maintained safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations, as well as, the safety o/all crew members.
• This industry is; extremely dangerous, high risk, physically taxing/demanding, requires mental toughness, physical strength, ability to work in all weather conditions & high climates, early mornings, long days & being VERY aware o/your surroundings.

• W/this company, I started as a 'Chester's Chicken' fryer cook. These duties included opening/closing(depending on shift) the 'Chester's Chicken' side of the restaurant solo. I had to continuously; greet customers, offer top notch customer service, be aware o/the cleanliness o/the grease to ensure taste & proper cooking o/the chicken, keep all fried foods up-to regulations & stocked for customers to order, operate register, handle payments/cash drops, maintain clean/ organized work area, have food prep. always prepared in plentiful amounts & much more. While here I did obtain a food handlers license & receive 2 raises.
• Then I got transferred w/in the company location to 'Store Maintenance Technician.' While in this role I was responsible for; the outer appearance o/the location(buildings, gas/diesel bays, side walks, parking lots, weeds, trash/trash cans & etc.), pressure washing, cleaning windows, assisting w/interior appearance(showers, bath rooms, stocking coolers & etc.) & helping the tire shop w/'tire pass checks' & filling propane tanks. While in this role I was certified to handle procaine tanks, 'hotsy' pressure washer & received another raise/promotion.
• When I got my license re-instated I finally got moved to position I wanted in the tire shop. I became a certified 'Tire Technician' & was a diesel mechanical apprentice by the time I had left. I received 2-3 more raises during this time(where I spent the majority o/my employment w/this company).
• Performed tire; installations, rotations, balances, repairs, replacements & inspections efficiently. I also replaced/performed; break pad replacements, drum break adjustments/replacements, DOT inspections, oil changes, filter changes, road calls/services, air ling/gas ling/oil line repairs/replacements, shock/shock absorber replacements & much more while working w/or being taught by the certified mechanics. All while; providing excellent customer service, handling shop phones, collecting POS(Purchase Order's), dealing w/corporate &/or international accounts, following procedures/shop rules to ensuring safety compliance and quality standards.
• Safely operated company service vehicle's w/out any incidents, in all sorts of weather condition's.
• While in the shop I did a little bit o/every thing. It was a very physically demanding job, WY. is a very bitter cold winter & excessively hot summer, the wind is brutal & I worked on the 2nd deadliest Interstate in the US. I was taught a lot about mental toughness while here.
• Maintained accurate inventory records daily o/tire stock, rims & other misc. shop merchandise to optimize supply levels for operational efficiency & ensure company profit/prevent inventory loss.
• Assisted in training new team members on tire servicing techniques and safety protocols.
• This is my longest employment continuously w/any company.
