Participated in meetings between the brokers, developers, attorneys, and general contractors. I researched county zoning maps to find suitable parcels of land that conformed to the criteria of developers such as zoning, size, location, etc. Developed offering memorandums to inform potential developers about all of the important aspects of a property such as location, demand drivers, public transportation, and cash flow.

Assisted in the construction management of a nine story assisted living development. Responsible for overseeing the work of sub contractors in the mock units to ensure satisfactory completion prior to a walkthrough with the owners. Reviewed project documents to get an accurate estimate of the amount of materials that needed to be ordered for further development. Developed a presentation of current development progress in the building from top to bottom to inform the owners of the buildings current standing.
