- I began as a volunteer at Bristol Motor Speedway and was later promoted to a supervisor position during an emergency situation. I successfully handled the responsibilities of leading a team and assisting customers in a fast-paced environment, which resulted in me being offered a permanent supervisor position. Through this experience, I developed strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
