Yoga, Walking, Reading

I enjoy the mental escape that yoga, walking, and reading give me. I am able to connect my mind, body and spirit with yoga while strengthening my body. Walking helps relieve stress while walking near near the river while listening to music, podcasts, and or music with my airpods.

I like to read to learn as well as to escape and have a release for a hard day at work.
