Life Changing Experience

I wanted to add this to my resume to give you a little knowledge of my background. I retired after being a hairdresser for 25 years to take care of my mom the last year of her life. Mom suffered from dementia for 13 years, and the last year was the most life-changing experience I have ever gone through. Taking care of my mom was very rewarding, but also very emotional. I never saw myself in the healthcare world, but here I am. After I received my GED, I went straight into MA classes. I really enjoyed the Phlebotomy side of it, and continued my education and received my PBT. I have been working as a PCA since October, taking care of a male and a female, 5 days a week.
