• Make drinks for costumers and make small talk with people waiting to receive beverages they ordered. Restock all food or drink related items. Also need to be very comfortable with menu to help costumers who need help making decisions or trying to make a special type of drink.

• I was to answer all phone calls and direct them to the proper person. Greet all clients check them in and offer any refreshments if client needed any. Making appointments and calling clients for appointment reminders. Scan and upload documents into the computer and make sure that it was put with the right client and find if any documents where missing. Pulling all the files for the appointments for the day and make sure that the right file was with the proper appointment and all necessary forms were filled out and signed.

My hours were the early morning shift and I had to service the whole playing casino floor making a circuit of all guests every 30 minutes. My duties involved taking drink orders and distribute them to the proper guest. Making sure that the casino floor was clean of glassware and any type of trash. Also making sure that if there was any type of problem that if I couldn't solve it I would find the right person to help.

• I waited tables and ran hostess stand. Other duties were to train incoming servers and hosts.
• When waiting tables I would have a section of 4 to 5 tables and my job was to take all drink and food orders get orders out with in 30 to 45 minutes also I had to clean all tables when my shift was over and fill all salt and pepper shakers and sugar and oil on tables.
• When I trained new employees wait staff and host it was a week long training process and I would teach them their roles and duties, teach them how run each shift (lunch and dinner). Making sure that servers know all the days that have a special and what times the lunch menu is served and how to use the computers to input the orders. How to short hand writing orders and make it organized so each guest felt like you remembered everyone's order without having to ask who ordered what.
• The process was the same for host classes in which I taught them how to rotate servers so could seat new guests without overwhelming any of servers on the floor, also learning how to answer phones and greet guests coming in. Keeping front waiting area clear and clean for good first impression for new guests. Greeting everyone that comes in the door and saying thank you to anyone who leaves. Having good manners and a clean well groomed appearance.
