VAMC Salem, VA Heart of Gold Award(Clinical) Nov 2002d

I was nominated by my supervisor, Ali Iranmanesh, MD for this special award. It was a yearly award for a clinical employee who goes over and beyond in my position as a Endocrine Laboratory Technologist. I was selected over all other candidates and received this award in 2002. It was presented to me at a special gathering by the Director of hospital, Chief of Medical Service, and Chief of Endocrinology. I received a plaque with my name and year engraved, plus a monetary gift.
