  • Managed a book of business focused on platform orientations, trainings, retention, and upselling opportunities. Worked with customers through all stages of their time on the platform. Over the years I consistently performed above 100% metric expectations and received 4 promotions in that time.
  • Volunteered to work on 3 start-up workstreams which experimented in offering new products and processes to our customers like "Gusto Global" payroll, "F90" platform orientation presentations, and "Winback" account reactivation's. These workstreams were extremely successful and implemented into our broader team permanently.
  • Enrolled in AI training classes to learn how to successfully use AI programs like Claude, Granola, Notion, and Gemini in my daily workflows. Using these tools has helped me save an average 2 hours per day in admin work.

  • Towards the end of my time on the team, I helped spearhead an entirely new role called Partner House Account Management with 2 other colleagues. We created and wrote the SOP's for the role, which now successfully employs over 15 Account Managers.
