Summary of My Experience:

Through my affiliation with UVA, I was able to get paid by the GOP of Virginia to help run door canvassing for the election. Through this experience, I got to meet and talk to various people and learned more about the political landscape of Virginia. With this being said, this experience showcased the fundamentals of running a campaign and the dirty work it takes to run a successful one.

• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• Worked effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Got a more hands-on approach when it came to the presidential election.

Summary of My Experience

I was an intern at the prestigious Center for Politics, where we focused heavily on student voter engagement. Additionally, we participated in a significant conference called the Students Learn Students Vote conference. Through these experiences, I decided that a career in policy and law would be my path.

• Assisted in daily project coordination and scheduling to ensure timely task completion.
• Supported team members with research and data collection for ongoing projects.
• Contributed to a positive team environment by collaborating with fellow interns on group projects and presentations.
• Prepared project presentations and reports to assist senior staff.

Summary of My Experience:

I enjoyed the experience of working in the restaurant industry. This job shed light on the importance of being prompt and organized. As the expeditor and occasionally runner, I would often find myself in stressful situations when the restaurant was busy. Through this job, I gained experience in organization and developed a new motivation to strengthen my leadership skills.

• Communicated effectively with kitchen staff to streamline order preparation and minimize delays.

The Summary of My Experience:

While working here, I learned how "getting your hands dirty" is a necessity for the function of the kitchen and the productivity of my coworkers. I must admit, this job is not the most admirable position, but it is the backbone of the kitchen. Furthermore, I obtained a higher level of grit and humility. This experience improved my work ethic.
