Lead the church musically in spirit to enhance the worship experience, and bring people closer to Christ. Collaborate practices with multiple musicians and play multiple instruments to enhance the worship experience by fitting where the team needs. Collaborate practices with other members, and prepare appropriate music in advance to support spiritual growth amongst members and the congregation.

Lead weekly youth group in varying games promoting fellowship and engaging the youth. Lead the youth in worship to help develop spiritual growth through music, planning appropriate music. Collaborated with other Youth Leaders to create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Taught lessons to foster knowledge and growth in the Word among youth and other leaders.

This was when I first joined a worship team, and started developing invaluable experience of collaborating with a team, planning music and practices, and leading a congregation in spiritual worship. There were a few times when we did not have a worship leader or anyone to plan music, slides, or lead the team in worship. During these times was were I learned many of the skills necessary for leading a worship team.

After I graduated high school, the Youth Pastor invited me to help with the youth group. I started planning games, events, and helped make sure we were safe and fostering a safe place for youth. Eventually our Youth Pastor stepped down, and with no one to replace him I stepped up and started planning messages and training other leaders to keep the group running and leading youth to Christ.
