Throughout my years of experience as a dining server, there have been changes. Currently, my job is ensuring that the needs of the residents are met throughout the day to the best of our ability. This also entails daily cleaning tasks and other tasks that the supervisors and managers want focused on for that particular day. I also will sometimes help out with blending foods that the nursing floors get. Sometimes in the evenings, I have helped to make sure the paperwork for the nursing floors is placed on the food carts for the following day.

Reason to apply for lead server
My reasoning for applying for the lead server position mainly is to advance in my job. To be able to use my learning experiences throughout my years at Bridgewater Retirement Community and put that into being a team lead and hopefully bring ideas to the table.
