  • Oversee all day-to-day operations
  • Prepare and implement 3.2-million-dollar budget
  • Meet with Reservist and establish an ongoing Reserve Study to be updated each year with new amenities, buildings, bridges and all other newly added items.
  • Work directly with Board and manage staff of six.
  • Attend ongoing education classes.
  • Manage vendors, contractors and all services for two large clubhouses, two pools, five ponds courts, trails, amenities.
  • Work directly with Developer regarding certain Land Bays of release of bonds and all aspects.
  • Stand up Committees to include Covenants, Facilities and Grounds, Events and Finance.
  • Coordinate and execute assisting the Events Director in large scale events to include Holiday Events, Cinco De Mayo, Octoberfest, Community Bazaar, and all Holidays.
  • Meet with staff and Committee chairs monthly to establish agendas and plan forward.
  • Manage any collections and violations notices regarding covenants.
