
Over fifteen years of experience in various roles supporting the IC. Experience includes, but not limited to; calendar management, coordination of agency training, managing customer inquiries via phone/email, records management, security, formatting products, arranging technical support, teleconferences/VTCs, conference room management, generating SOP manuals, travel coordination, physical security, access control, budget tracking, etc.
Serve as the primary interface to end customer, collecting requirements, creating/issuing telephony accounts and storing them in the appropriate databases.
