  • Started as Assistant Director in July of 2013 2nd in command providing leadership in all operational, educational and administrative areas at the Midlothian Campus. Responsibilities include school leadership and culture, student success, customer service, staffing, compliance, enrollments, collecting tuition payments, following company policies and regulations along with communication skills to properly represent Empire. In October 2014 was promoted to Executive Director, first in command in the campus with the same duties as Assistant Director. In September of 2016 was promoted to Senior Director for the Virginia schools. September 2018 Senior Director Position was expanded to include the Maryland Schools. Same duties as above with the addition of multi-unit leadership and overseeing all areas within the Virginia and Maryland markets.
