  • In this position I work with a team to help take care of all city parks and recreation areas. I am tasked with driving a set route to pick up all trash, making sure the restrooms are clean for all who visit the area. We use various cleaning chemicals, such as rags, glass cleaners and equipment such as blowers and vacuums to collect small amounts of trash. I am also tasked with helping keep track of supplies by completing weekly inventory counts to ensure proper levels are kept doing the jobs needed.

  • Currently In this role I work with the mowing crew taking care of all the local Parks and recreational areas in the city. We maintain a routine schedule of mowing and ensuring everything is in working order for the public. We play a vital role in making sure everyone has a clean and safe visit.

  • Currently, I work in two positions for this company as a parts advisor. My role is to serve customers daily either by telephone or walk-in. I look up parts for various pieces of equipment, anything from a push mower to an excavator. I participate in various pieces of training through online and classroom training. When I am not assisting customers, I complete daily paperwork check-in parts price and put away accordingly. Weekly I am tasked with completing cycle counts and entering discrepancies into our database using either a scan gun or paper printout to ensure the proper inventory levels are maintained.
  • As a Service Tech, I work on handheld equipment from chainsaws, weed eaters, and blowers. I can troubleshoot and repair the equipment through various means of software and hands-on training. If the cost exceeds the value of the unit for repair, I then inform the customer and offer an alternative solution such as a new unit.
