Planning management

• Responsible for IDC server spare parts planning, I consistently maintained planning accuracy above the 95% target.
• Manage inventory levels, and continuously reduce the risk of obsolete and aging stock.

Supply management

• Leveraging historical data, equipment operating conditions, and working with the data center asset management team, we based our demand to deliver spare parts on time, achieving a demand fulfillment rate (DFR) of over 95%.
• Set up dashboard to track spare parts delivery status across global regions(APAC,US, CN ), maintain close communication with suppliers and logistics teams, proactively monitor delivery progress, resolve delivery-related issues in a timely manner, ensure delivery targets are met, on time delivery rate (OTD) above 96%.

Operation management

• Establish and continuously improve emergency response mechanisms to address unexpected scenarios, such as supply disruptions or sudden demand surges, rapidly developing mitigation solutions, including but not limited to alternate sourcing and EOL (End-of-Life) management, to ensure the security and stability of spare parts supply.

Digitalization

• Participate in system optimization initiatives, including ERP and WMS enhancements, and a digital dashboard to further improve overall operational efficiency.

Project management

• Promote the end-to-end delivery process transformation, shifting from third-party delivery to in-house logistics solutions. This included, but was not limited to, on-site warehouse assessments, ROI analysis for warehouse location selection, and coordination and communication with external vendors.

Planning management

• Responsible for the global computer keyboard after-sale spare parts demand and supply business; develop demand and supply plans for over 2,500 Lenovo keyboards in countries around the world.
• Planning logic based on the different lifecycles to adjust, set different calculation parameters, and calculation logic is divided into black and white boxes, adjusting the failure rate and lag index. Planning accuracy above 92%.
• Inventory analysis, balance inventory structure, and dynamically monitor by controlling New Buy and E&O. For aging orders, give the highest priority treatment to prevent customer complaints.

Supply management

• Communicate with purchasing and suppliers on the production scheduling plan, and give priority to the recommended value according to the urgency of the material. Select the optimal logistics solution to meet customer needs and transportation costs. On-time delivery rate (OTD) over 96%.

Project

• Developed and launched the BO Management project, the content of which is the end-to-end control and tracking of BO orders worldwide, mainly responsible for logic development and platform visualization, with the purpose of improving customer satisfaction.
