Summary

My goal in this endeavor is to lead a team of well trained, honest hard working employees who wish to achieve the same common goals as I, so that the Industrial controls department can continue to grow and turn out excellent quality work safely and to showcase our pride and commitment to this company. Throughout the course of time that I have had the privilege to work here, I look at UOSA as a second home, the people that I work with on a daily basis has shown that this type of "Family oriented" atmosphere is where I want to be.
