• Coordinated Restorative Schools Project - trained and supported 26 teacher trainers in community building circles. Trainers coached 200 staff members to run community building circles in their schools (K-12) to strengthen relationships between students and teachers and increase students' sense of belonging
• Developed pilot program to create a restorative ISS at three schools
• Developed and delivered continuum of Restorative Justice Practices trainings for district including community building circles, circles for students with shared experiences and restorative justice circles
• Co-led Responsible Pathway to Restorative Justice Facilitation initiative that trained and certified one to two school-based restorative justice facilitators in every FCPS school over the last two years.

• VDOE awarded Neabsco ES Continuous Improvement Award under the Board's Exemplar School Recognition Program for years under my leadership as principal
• Trained school staff in restorative practices to decrease rates of exclusionary discipline
• Managed team of 90+ teachers, instructional coaches, office administrators and school personnel
• Pioneered use of online programs such as Lexia, MyON and ST Math to support development of students' literacy and math skills

• Planned and coordinated restorative justice conflict and harm circles to provide alternative to traditional discipline for students who were chronically misbehaving or to address complex situations
• Piloted online conceptual math program (ST Math) and helped obtain funding and implemented it schoolwide
• Analyzed schoolwide attendance data and reached out to families whose children were moderate or severe risk for chronic absenteeism that resulted in improvement in daily attendance rate
• Leveraged twitter to promote schoolwide initiatives and highlight instructional practices and theme for year

• Observed, coached and provided feedback to 14 teachers in content areas such as English, Social Studies, Physical Education, Special Education and English Language Learners
• Facilitated Achievement Network ELA Data Meetings that analyzed interim assessment data
• Worked in conjunction with ELA Department Chair and Literacy Specialist to determine direction for guided reading and independent reading programs

• Observed, coached and provided feedback to 17 teachers in all content areas
• Developed Common Instructional Playbook of best practices aligned with six areas of quality instruction: pacing, student engagement, differentiation, student accountability, assessment, instruction at appropriate level of rigor
