Manage my client base by securing new leads from inbound phone calls and internet inquiries, then conducting follow-up phone calls, emails, and text messages.

Assist clients in creating a credit application and finding a vehicle that fits within their credit parameters.
Evaluate available loan options with clients to identify the best solutions that align with their needs.
Review backend F&I products with clients, and go over options that would protect their investment long-term.
Successfully title and register the client's new vehicle with the Virginia DMV.
Evaluate the client's trade-in vehicles, and apply a proper value that fits within Virginia's market conditions.
Provide a smooth and timely product delivery experience by explaining the vehicle's features thoroughly to the client.
Participate in weekly, company-wide training sessions to develop my skill set.
Represent the Checkered Flag and the Manufacturer at company-sponsored events.
Travel out of state to attend manufacturer-held trainings.
Help make the clients' experience easy by delivering paperwork to their home, or handling out-of-state transactions over the phone.
