Administrative Assistant
- Record invoices using Excel, assign general ledger codes, conduct monthly inventory counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Greet visitors in a professional manner, respond to inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel when needed.
- Scheduled appointments between clients and customers and internal staff members.
- Coordinate mailings, including sorting mail, and preparing packages for shipping via courier service or postal service.
- Responsible for the intake of customer billing. Directing checks to the proper personnel and processing all digital payments.
- Answer questions from customers regarding the products and services offered by the company.
- Order all the vinyl, hard substrates, job-specific items, shop, and print supplies.
- Assist coworkers with incoming jobs by handling tasks such as obtaining approvals, managing revisions, scheduling, coordinating pickups, and arranging shipments.
