• Partner with On-Site Team Leader, providing comprehensive support to the Defense Threat Security Agency, the Secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs, and the Office of Defense Representative Pakistan in securing all assets. Maintain round-the-clock surveillance of Pakistan Air Force F-16 aircraft, armaments, related equipment, and technical data to prevent misconduct and unauthorized transfer of United States Government technology to third-party nations.

• LEAD SC: Manage all aspects of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and other security activities of HII Mission Technologies, including document control, visitor control, personnel security and interpretation/preparation/ maintenance of prime and subcontract DD form 254 for classified contracting.
• Developed and implemented security policies, procedures and plans to protect personnel, assets and facilities.
• Monitored the facility for intruders or any suspicious activities and reported incidents to the appropriate authorities.
• Administer Defense Information for Security System (DISS) activity including processing and maintaining personnel security clearances and visit requests.

INVESTIGATING AND COORDINATING: Remained calm and professional in stressful circumstances while developing emergency actions plans. Making coordinates for first responders so they know where to enter and not enter.

DOCUMENTATION: Maintained documents by managing files following established procedures during actual emergency response. Had to overlook and correct all proper reports to give high personals.

SEARCH AND RESCUE: Answered emergency situations and assessed conditions to contain fires, assist victims and prevent escalation. Planned and plotted out a grid for all responders. Overseen all radio communications with ground units.

MILITARY INVESTIGATION: Conducted detailed investigations into alleged criminal activities and violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Analyzed evidence, interviewed witnesses, and wrote comprehensive reports outlining investigative findings.

COMMAND AND CONTROL: Determined courses and schedules and evaluated weather conditions to promote safety ground forces. Updated all procedures and shared new information with high headquarters and all responders.

Dispatching units and updated them on there AOR's for each unit. Observed and monitored data, voice and alerting systems. Maintained and updated daily event logs and entry authority lists. Used telecommunications systems, two-way radios and intercom system to communicate with teams.

PROPER NOTIFICATIONS: Ensure the status of all units to high headquarters. Making full reports of each situation that occurred to send to higher ups, so they can get a full break down all that happened from start to finished.

BACKGROUND CHECKS: Utilized public databases to locate persons of interest or obtain additional background information on cases. Highly knowledgeable on using NCIC/NBIB.

INTERVIEWING: Conducted research and collected data on the topics of investigations. Assisted in conducting interviews with witnesses, victims, and suspects. Verified subject's identity by collecting and analyzing personal data such as fingerprints, driver's license numbers, social security numbers. Visited the subject's residence to verify residency status and conduct neighborhood canvassing.

SEARCH AND RESCUE: Led many of small teams to search and sweep restricted areas for personals, unauthorized items and ammunition. Prepared incident reports and desk blotters and other related correspondence. Detected and reported unauthorized personnel and activities. Provided oversight, guidance and assistance to commanders with industrial security programs.

DEVELOPING SEARCH ACTION PLANS: Produced reports, spreadsheets and trend forecasts to enhance decision-making processes for emergency responses. Trained members based on their title in the AOR for the cycle. Set up cordon's and alerted high headquarters. Actively using maps to dispatched members AOR for any response or alarms.

COMMAND AND CONTROL: Planned, organized and directed operation of command posts, operations centers and control centers. Performed duties in high-stress environments requiring rapid decision-making. Command controller for all of the security patrols and law enforcement patrols. Kept in contact with the fire chief and flight commanders in emergency situations. Received, analyzed, deciphered and took action on time-critical HHQ alert messages. Controlled communication devices on Aviano air force base for smooth daily operations. Fixed internal data and processes to identify and manage initiatives, improving patrols performance.

OVERSEEING AND MONITORING PATROLS: Dispatched teams once anything was detected or reported for unauthorized personnel and activities, made reports on everything that was dispatched over the radio. Operated speed measuring, drug and alcohol and breath test devices to promote driving safety. Provided oversight, guidance and assistance to commanders with security programs. Relayed all issues my troops or forces may have had to my flight chiefs.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY: Briefed all members before posting out on there AOR's and any pass ons that needed to be giving. Applied extensive training in law enforcement and combat tactics to protect stateside bases. Conducted surveys and evaluated findings to determine existence of systematic errors. Ran background checks of individuals to obtain data on character, financial status and personal history. Operated law enforcement communication equipment and NCIC database to facilitate information to higher headquarters and notified them of any discrepancy.
