  • As a Cyber Security/Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) Technician at NCTAMS LANT NOR, supported fleet systems ensuring maximum cyber security readiness and was responsible for scanning and identifying vulnerabilities on 22 SIPR/NIPR/TS network systems totaling 247 assets utilizing programs such as Tenable and Security Center. Assisted with patching the vulnerabilities on the ESS/VDS system. In addition, completed 15 Wireless Intrusion Detection System (WIDS) scans and 350 network scans to DON VRAM website improving scan reporting 17%.
  • As the Cyber Security/Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) Supervisor at NCTAMS LANT NOR, trained 4 personnel in proper scanning procedures resulting in the execution of 804 system and 760 enterprise scans and the detection of 6,500 vulnerabilities. Directly led to the Program of Records (PORs) and system administrators patching over 3,000 vulnerabilities boosting network security of DoD networks.
