Over the past few years, I have gained knowledge and experience in all aspects of customer service and working with a team. Ensuring high-quality interactions, team leadership, and using my time wisely with slow and busy shifts. Im seeking for a job where I am expand more and grow with a company.
I am responsible for helping customers check out and return trucks in a timely manner. Every time theyre returned we have to do a walk around to make sure of any damages and clean the trucks afterwards. Checking the oil, tire pressure, washer fluid and if theres anything wrong with the breaks was important steps to making sure the trucks are good to be rented back out. Customer service is a big thing as well, this position always having interactions with all sorts of customers and get a bigger understanding of customer service.
As a Sales Associate, my primary responsibility was assisting customers in finding the products that best suited their needs while also suggesting additional items that would benefit them. This role was a new experience for me, as I had not previously worked in sales. It required strong communication skills, particularly when discussing product details and pricing, to ensure there was no miscommunication. This position helped me develop a deeper understanding of customer needs and taught me how to handle difficult situations with upset customers. Additionally, it improved my ability to sell effectively, communicate with confidence, and take ownership of my responsibilities.
In my role as a Fulfillment Specialist, my primary responsibilities included processing online orders, packing, and ensuring timely shipment. This position taught me to work efficiently and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality. Working in a larger facility allowed me to observe how different departments operated independently yet collaborated as a cohesive team to ensure the overall success of the store.
I was responsible for cashier duties, processing balloon orders, managing online orders, and overseeing inventory stocking. As I transitioned into the position of Team Lead, I took an additional responsibility, including managing cash procedures, addressing customer service inquiries and leading a team. This experience allowed me to effectively engage with a diverse range of customers and develop strong interpersonal skills while collaborating with colleagues from various backgrounds.
