• As a Customer Development Representative at Power Home Remodeling, I specialize in generating new business through face-to-face interactions, both door-to-door in residential neighborhoods and at community events. My role involves initiating conversations with homeowners, educating them about our home improvement services, and scheduling consultations with our remodeling specialists. I develope strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and the ability to adapt my approach across various environments. By working events, I also gained experience in brand representation, crowd engagement, and creating a positive first impression in high-traffic settings.

Political Experience: Worked as a canvasser and support staff for the Black Conservative Federation (BCF), directly assisting the President of Black Conservative Federation with daily organizational needs and logistics. Took on a critical role as the designated driver during the BCF bus tour supporting a presidential campaign.

Responsible for customer acquisition of residential homeowners, presenting and explaining the environmental and financial benefits of powering their home by renewable energy (solar), and maintaining customer relations while overseeing their account throughout the entire process.

Managed a team of 60 plus Marines in the Supply Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) field. Oversaw and managed Marine personnel and contract civilians who performed supply chain duties to include receiving, inspecting, maintaining, issuing, shipping, and disposing of supplies and equipment to ensure effective and ongoing ground supply operations. Ensured the proper processing and maintenance of personal computers, mainframe locator systems, handheld optical character recognition scanners, and multimedia retrieval systems; supervised the inventorying and maintaining of records; and ensured the accuracy of data entry transactions and historical records. Oversaw and enforced fire and safety procedures in the warehouse and ensured proper training and adherence to established protocols. Recognized, rewarded and disciplined personnel appropriately.

Performed various duties to include receiving, inspecting, storing, safekeeping, issuing, preparing, shipping, return and disposal of supplies and equipment for ground supply operations. Maintained computer and mainframe locator systems, conduct inventories, maintained records of sub custody principal end items, monitored

shelflife item, and completed data entry transactions and retrieval of historical records. Maintained handheld optical character recognition scanners/devices, and multimedia retrieval systems. Licensed to operate MHE (forklifts, tractors, etc.) and both bulk and small parts conveyer systems used in warehousing operations. Identified packaging requirements and maintained as required in compliance with fire and safety regulations. Use detailed technical data from the Federal Logistics System to develop storage space requirements and store materiel per weight, cube, and clearance factors by categories of supply.
