As a shift lead at Walgreens I manage and track store financial performance, cash control, inventory, safety, customer service and management of the entire staff. While also responsible for the opening and closing of the store, checking in vendors, training new associates, filing all the stores paperwork, and producing a store schedule. On many occasions I have assisted in the pharmacy, whether it to be distributing medication, processing insurance claims, or running inventory audits.
At Dollar Tree, I maintained all areas of the store, including the stockroom and sales floor. I assisted with all store functions and day-to-day store activities including: opening and closing the store, training any and all incoming managers/associates, handling customer inquires, overseeing payroll, and managing all company assets.
