I keep maintenance inside and outside of the prison which range from cutting grass to working on appliances. I have use a sky lift and a 80ft boom lift. I use hand tools to power tools. I have been a supervisor here but currently i'm just a general trade tech. I do perform lock out tag out depending what im working on.

Drum operator which i had to keep constant amount of mash on the rollers and check with the lab to see what product we was ruining and keep in grade by the specs of the product. I also had to keep the area clean.

Cook Deck operator I had to check with the lab to see what product was being ran. I had to weigh out the ingredients for the product that was being ran and keep the cookers and coolers at a certain temp and make sure that the Drum operators are getting plenty of mash. I also had to keep the area clean.

Inside flume operator I had to keep a constant flow of potatoes going to the cook deck operator and make sure the conveyer belts keep moving by spraying the dirt off with a water hose. Had to make sure the belts wasn't going to fast or to slow. I also had to keep the area clean.

Warehouse operator I had to check with the lab to see what product we was ruining because some products go into totes, bags, and super sacks. I ran the forklift by moving totes and pallets. If we gone out of grade we had to reblend the out of grade product back to the product after it got back to grade.

Trim table operator I had to pick out forgin objects from the potatoes going across the table. Depending what product we was ruining also had to pick out bad potatoes, had to keep the area clean.

I have performed lock out tag out when we done shut downs and switch product.

We would travel local locations and we did insulation for new and preexisting residential, bussines. I did insulation bats to fiberglass blow in walls and ceilings. layed ground cloth under the floors and put insulation in the floor from underneath.
