Dylan Janczuk

I’m a hardworking college student and lacrosse player with experience across manufacturing, marketing, athletics support, and youth coaching. At SleepSafe Beds, I started as a manufacturer technician for two years, where I built strong attention to detail and a hands-on understanding of how the product is made. I then moved into a marketing assistant role for a year, where I used that production knowledge to support marketing efforts from the customer-facing side. Through work study at Shenandoah University, I supported the men’s and women’s soccer teams, strengthening my teamwork, time management, and ability to balance work with academics.

Beyond the workplace, I spent a year as an assistant coach for a youth recreational 8u lacrosse team, where I helped teach fundamentals, kept practices fun and engaging for young players, and learned how to communicate clearly and patiently with kids at an early stage of development. I’m reliable, adaptable, and eager to keep learning, and I’m looking for opportunities where I can combine my technical background with my communication and leadership skills.
