I’ve spent years studying systems on my own, so I can step right in and start helping out the team without slowing anyone down. My main goal is to take pressure off the helpdesk and make your lives easier, while using my tech skills where they're actually useful. I'm confident I can handle the support side well, and I'll be finishing up my degree on the side to keep sharpening my skills for the long haul.
I’ve been building custom computers from scratch for years, carefully researching and choosing the best hardware piece by piece based on what each client actually needed. Along the way, I handled the full setup; installing Windows, configuring VPNs, and getting everything completely ready to go before handing it over, including troubleshooting remotely when a client took their system across the country and needed help debugging issues from afar. I'm ready to bring that same hands-on approach to Steno to help the team out, keep tickets moving, and make sure everyone gets back up and running fast without any friction.
Through my studies in computer science, I've really gravitated toward data analytics. Pulling data to track how often specific problems occur and finding ways to stop them at the root. I want to bring that mindset to Steno: when recurring issues pop up, I'll fix them right away, but I'll also look at the data to future-proof the system so that same problem doesn't keep hitting other people on the team.
Brought a people-first mindset to three years of customer service, focusing on patience, genuine kindness, and making every customer feel supported. Built a track record of collaborating smoothly with diverse coworkers by welcoming different viewpoints and keeping the work environment calm and positive. Known for explaining things clearly in plain language so that anyone, regardless of their technical comfort level, can easily understand and get the help they need.
