Traveling to different wedding venues serving BBQ to which can consist of 100-500 guest.

Non wedding events can consist of a guest count of 3000 or more .

Able to instruct others to different task in the wedding venue

Ability to problem solve quickly if needed

Driving the company van to and from events .

Communication with wedding coordinators and staff at all times

Maintaining a professional and fun environment for employees and guest .

• Maintain a clean and tidy environment to work in
• Making sure all items are stocked before lunch and dinner rush
• Checking temperatures of food to maintain safety
• Working different stations which include fryer, grill , sides and wheel ( selling tickets)
• Constant communication with fellow co workers and maintaining a positive attitude
• During slow hours I move to prep and start preparing for the next day
• Cleaning up at the end of the night for the next crew
