• Overseeing customer production campaigns to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements;

My Contribution: Delivered a new ad-hoc dashboard to ensure the proper workflow of a new warehouse - Improved the tools extracted within the ERP to ensure data reliability - Ensured that the decision making process was backed up by easy-to-interpret data.

• Market analysis to understand turnover, growth trends in the Swiss territory and enablers at the technology, product and service levels;
• Examination of the legal and budgetary environment in which the market functions;
• Extensive use of project management and business planning tools such as Microsoft Project and databases, value chain and supply chain management, business plan to support business strategy, market positioning and marketing trends, proposals of successful and ongoing partnerships and collaborations with close cooperation with the main stakeholders.

My Contribution: Analysis of possible market penetration and consolidation of the company's market position inside the existing market - Identification of suitable B2B partners to enable the operation's success.

• ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 projects handling achieved from scratch, including the development of standardised processes and engagement with external organisations, certification firms and government agencies;
• Modelling of standardised quality control systems, periodic talks with administrators and close collaboration with the CEO to achieve short and medium-term goals.

My Contribution: Assisted in the establishment of green marketing strategies and the enhancement of B2B relationships through the creation of tailored procedures.
