At Cox Farms I gained experience in interacting with customers - many of whom were families with young children. I welcomed customers to the hayride attraction and assisted in organizing them into groups and discussing safety rules. I also worked as a cashier and administered transactions. The most important part of my job at Cox Farms, however, was the customer experience. I was taught how to problem solve and think on my feet. I learned how to act professionally and perform a job successfully as well as how to interact with customers and represent the Cox Farms brand well.
