Provided general dentistry services in support of 9,000 marines and sailors. Served as sole dental provider for Pacific Angel 14-2 humanitarian mission to Nepal.

• Parris Island, South Carolina 2015-2017

Provided general dentistry services to sustain dental readiness for 4,000 marines recruits. Clinically mentored 11 first year dentists in preparation for operational assignments.

• Manama, Bahrain 2019-2021

As Dental Department Head, led 21 member team in providing high quality dental care for Department of Defense forces in the U.S. Fifth Fleet Area of Operations. Secured contracts with local vendors and executed a seamless relocation into a new facility despite COVID-19 challenges.

• Norfolk, Virginia 2021-2025

Served as Assistant Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program Director from 2021-2023 and Program Director from 2023-2025. Organized and coordinated a CODA accredited residency program. Devised core curriculums and liaised with providers across seven specialties to clinically and didactically mentor 23 newly commissioned dental officers in preparation for world wide operational assignments. Championed Infection Control Protocols for eight branch dental clinics resulting in a successful Joint Commission survey and re-accreditation for all dental services under Naval Medical Center Portsmouth.
