Prepped board for FC and APC ends by stripping fiber and loading silicone tube and boot

Pushed fibers through FC connector end filled with epoxy, placed into heating machine for two hours to set the epoxy

Polished the APC end of the fiber using microscope and polishing turntable

• As a sander I used 320 or finer grit sandpaper to sand off the basecoat on the guitars to provide a rough surface for an eventual coating of paint. This is so the paint doesn't slide off the guitars.
• As a stainer I taped off areas that did not get stain and stained the face, or "tops" of the guitars using stains with water, oil, or alcohol bases. Cut the bindings of the guitars by hand to clean up the edges.
• As a prepper, I taped off areas that were not to get a coating of spray paint, filled dings in the wood, and did some quality control measures when something did not pass, sending the product back to the respective department.
• Operated on a numbers/quality system. Quality was the priority, but numbers did not fall far behind as well in importance.
