I have been in the insurance field one way or another for 20+ years. I started out doing auto claims, so I understand the auto policy thoroughly and the need to be empathetic to the client in what could be the worst possible time of their life. I feel I am extremely well versed in being able to answer the ins and outs of how a policy works, what coverage it provides and what extras they may need based on their lifestyle. I will spend as much time as it takes to make the client feel like they understand what they are getting in a policy and an agent. Helping someone understand something they have to have and hoped to never have to use it the most rewarding feeling. It doesn't just have to be an insurance need. Sometimes, people just need to be heard.
