Evelyn McDowell

As a VCU Cinema student, I have undergone various training and practice with multiple roles and jobs in filmmaking. I have written scripts, directed, edited, pulled focus, along with many other roles, and helped with other interesting/odd tasks that arise during filming. Although ensuring everyone sticks to their roles is crucial in the process, I will always step up and volunteer to assist wherever needed. I am a big believer in uplifting everyone on set and ensuring that everyone feels seen and heard while moving at an effective pace as a team. I am an effective communicator, and I always emphasize supporting those above my chain of command.
