Went from a 1.9 GPA through my entire freshman year and half my sophomore year to a 2.84 GPA at the beginning of my senior year and have achieved a 3.1 GPA after the first semester going into February; chances are very low and very uncommon for many people to go up almost an entire point in grading scale.
