I am an energetic person with a positive outlook on life. I grew up in a very big and very close family therefore I have good moral values of respect and care for other people. In my jobs as PRM Specialist as Flight Attendant and as Crew Training Instructor I met and interacted with people from all over the world that had different nationalities, ideas and beliefs; those experiences shaped me into becoming a very flexible and open minded person; allowing me, at the same time, to develop a particular sensitivity towards all people, especially those who have different needs. Having always worked on shifts taught me to be very punctual and precise in my work. I like to plan in advance and organise duties in order to be able to use time wisely and efficiently. In my volunteer work I was trusted with the responsibility of a whole class of children and that shows that I am a trustworthy and responsible person. Excellent organisation, communication and teamwork skills developed through all of my working experiences; always maintain a positive attitude and encourage open and honest interaction with my colleagues. I am resilient, don't give up and always give one hundred percent in my job; I am inclined to assume a leadership attitude, especially when it comes to difficult situations and always motivated to solve problems and overcome every obstacle that comes my way.
