Duties and Responsibilities:

• To give Bible studies
• To find and follow up with people who are interested in having Bible studies
• To provide support members of the local church and the community that fosters their spiritual growth and assist them in serving God, as directed by their Supervisors.

To execute the strategic objectives and priorities of the local church Ministry Team as directed by their Supervisor

Activities: Employment as a Bible Worker may include (but is not limited to):

• Visitation with both attending and non-attending congregants
• Taking Bible studies
• Small group ministry leadership and development (if applicable)
• Regular planning and review meetings with the Supervisor (weekly or as required), and if applicable, regular meetings with the designated local church ministry team and/or team leader
• Involvement in outreach activities of the church
• Prepared and distributed religious materials
• Organised small group gatherings focused on fostering meaningful connections, providing biblical teaching, and promoting accountability among participants
• Inspired increased involvement in mission work by emphasising its importance during sermons, classes, presentations, or one-on-one conversations
