The Program Administrator supervises the delivery of services to adults wit . Our mission is to help our individuals live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives in the community. The Program Administrator provides necessary administrative, hands-on support and supervision to Sponsors, their Support staff to enable them to fulfill this mission.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain functional goals for individuals as they are written in their Part V plan of supports
Work with staffing, families, case managers and any other colleague that serves or have an interest of the individual served
Provide significant input regarding budget, personnel and policy issues to ensure smooth coordination of scheduling and maximization, identifying needs and coordinating staffing.
Conducts investigations and enacts contingency plans as needed, escalates issues to senior management, makes recommendations for and directs implementation of preventive measures.
Reviews performance results to target, create and implements corrective measures with authorization.
Contributes to daily, weekly and monthly and annual planning processes as appropriate.
Monitor and assist staff in implementing person centered reviews and annual reviews to determine individual needs and update annually.
Ensure adherence to all DD services policies and procedures.
Attend and satisfactorily complete all required in-service training.
Ensured that monthly fire drills were performed by the Operations Manager along with results from Monthly Inspections of all Residential sites.
Maintain sufficient understanding of and comply with all laws as well as Human Rights, Medicaid and Licensing requirements. Ensured that all information for residents is properly mantain, properly secured and remains confidential.
Identify process improvements with supervisors and Team Managers to identify and implement viable solutions.
