-Supervised daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

-Trained new employees on equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards, enhancing team competency.

-Installing, inspecting, and testing systems for turnover to the customer in accordance with specific standards and guidelines.

• Distributive Systems Make-up

-Provide on the job training and lead by example to ensure safe work practices are being taught with an emphasis on quality. Maintain and improve Safety, Cost, Quality, and Schedule within given AOR.

-Schedule and plan work assignments of mechanics in a manner that would allow them to broadly experience many aspects of the shipbuilding process, while still maintaining quality, schedule, and costs. Ensure that employees are able to get all applicable training offered.

• Marine Electrician Apprentice

-Frontline FAST (Foreman Accelerated Skills Training) graduate of Cohort January 2025.

-Formal classroom training for AC Theory, DC Theory, Polyphase Systems and Controls, Programmable Logic Controllers(PLCs).

-Install, troubleshoot and maintain shipboard electrical systems, including power distribution and control circuits.
