• Act as a liaison between my unit and the IT group in charge of handling our scanning system when the main supervisor is unavailable.
• Contribute to good public relations through prompt and courteous attention to co-workers and the public.
• Screen various State systems such as the Virginia Case Management System, Laserfiche, Spider and Fusion to obtain data pertinent to cases.
• Maintain accurate records by building new case folders and updating existing case information.
• Responsible for scanning all case documents, U.S. mail and other paperwork into the company system.
• Maintain Excel Spreadsheets.
• Produce digital copies of documents for retention and ensure all copies are legible.
• Provide program support to assist with scanning and uploading of all eligibility program documents.
• Prepare and file required records, reports and related data using accepted methods and basic mathematic skills.
