• Successfully led the retirement of an enterprise-wide system, migrating critical functionalities after conducting a comprehensive end-to-end assessment. This initiative resulted in annual savings of $477,000.
• Managed project timelines and coordinated six cross-functional teams to make key decisions, achieving project goals within a 10-month timeframe.
• Facilitated business and system architectural discussions to align with the target state vision.

Business Process Development:

• Managed a team of four business architects in establishing current state processes, significantly contributing to the enterprise process repository for the Finance and Treasury domain.
• Oversaw the documentation and quality control of approximately 150 processes by engaging with various business units and collaborating closely with Risk Management.
• Assisted in aligning business processes with the Enterprise Process Taxonomy, ensuring consistency and clarity across organizational frameworks.

Business Architecture Support:

• Provided comprehensive business architecture support to the Economics team during a Finance Transformation initiative.
• Delivered key outputs, including a target landscape of people, processes, and systems; upstream/downstream context views; and detailed process flows aligned with business requirements.
• Developed in-depth personas and journey maps to assist economists in transitioning from on-premises to cloud environments, emphasizing handoffs between personas for a holistic view of various forecasting processes.
• Collaborated closely with the Technical Architecture team to bridge gaps between development and business teams, ensuring alignment through business context.
• Created a Data Strategy that defined best practices, performed gap analysis, and offered actionable recommendations on how to operate in the target solution.

• Led the collection and validation of data inputs to develop the Enterprise Data Roadmap, leveraging Excel for data collection and Tableau for roadmap visualization. The roadmap tracks 400+ projects/programs across the entire Enterprise Data organization with a $130M budget.
• Worked across multiple organizations within Fannie Mae technology to collect and visualize data for the quarterly publication of the Business Review Package, which tracks key organizational metrics against strategic and operational performance.
